Our Origin
Cameroon sourcing, shaped by buyer requirements.
Cameroonian cacao and green coffee are explored against buyer requirements. Krispy coordinates the commercial brief with Diamex Group International's work at origin, including sourcing context in the Southwest Region.
Diamex at origin
Diamex coordinates producer relationships, sourcing and aggregation, post-harvest and quality information, storage and export preparation, local logistics and supporting documents in Cameroon. Krispy brings the buyer's product, grade, use, quantity and schedule into that discussion. The region and lot are identified for the individual offer.
From producer to international buyer
These are the physical stages and responsibilities to establish for an offer. Diamex coordinates with producers and local operating partners; Krispy connects that information with the buyer. The parties, processing and handling arrangements vary by product and lot, rather than every operation being performed by Diamex itself.

Regional sourcing and sample arrangements
Sourcing in Cameroon, including the Southwest Region, is shaped by the quality, quantity, schedule and commercial terms of the buyer's requirement. Regional selection and representative samples are discussed individually. We agree sample availability, timing and the physical or sensory information needed to review the relevant region and lot.
Developing a regional portfolio
We intend to develop a portfolio with individually identified regional origins, supported by sample-specific origin, physical and sensory information. This is planned development, with individual origins and information to be established as sourcing relationships develop.
