Krispy coordinates the buyer's evaluation requirements with available origin information through Diamex. Review the records for the selected lot and agree any additional information or assessment needed for the intended use.

Lot identity
Identify the product, grade, lot identifier, crop year or harvest period, region and community, with producer or farm-group information where available and variety or type where known.

Processing and physical information
Review the applicable processing, fermentation, drying and handling information, alongside available moisture, bean count or screen size, defects and cut-test results for the selected lot.

Sample evaluation
Connect any agreed representative sample to its lot identity. Review the available sensory information against your intended use and agree the sample arrangements and evaluation scope.

Assessments and records
Establish which laboratory assessments and origin, processing or lot records are available, what they cover and which additional assessments need to be agreed. Confirm specification values for the lot under review.

Packaging and shipment
Review storage and packaging conditions, shipment identification and the documents needed for the agreed destination and delivery basis. Align the available records with the offered lot and contract.
